Doronpa

One day, a couple, Kaoru and Saeko, whose daughter has gone missing, desperately enter a deep forest where legends of "kidnapping by spirits" exist. However, this is not simply the "Forest of Spirit Kidnapping," but a forest where yokai (spirits) who lament the modern world, a world that has lost the "belief and fear" of such beings, gather. Moreover, the day they enter the forest is the day of "Doronpa," a once-a-year prayer ceremony held by the yokai to reappear in the human world. Amidst the swirling conflicts between humans and yokai, Saeko is taken. Will Kaoru be able to safely rescue his beloved Saeko and their daughter? Will the yokai be able to "suddenly" reappear in the human world again? This is the opening of a chaotic festival of yokai, "Doronpa," where humans and yokai, the vanished and the remaining, oblivion and memory, all intersect.
