Terms of Service

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Unlimited Usage & Individual License

The premium subscription provides the user with unlimited access to the IsManga service. This license is granted to a single natural person and is non-transferable. You agree not to share your account credentials or provide access to your account to any third party.

Fair Use Policy (FUP)

While we do not impose a fixed quota on human reading activity, IsManga reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to maintain service integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of your subscription terms:

• Automated Access: Use of bots, spiders, scripts, crawlers, or any automated means to access, scrape, or download content.
• Service Abuse: Any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or intentional high-frequency querying.
• Commercial Redistribution: Using the IsManga service to aggregate content for third-party platforms.

Service Management & Termination

To protect the experience for all users, IsManga may temporarily limit data throughput (speed) if an account exhibits abnormal usage patterns. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this Fair Use Policy without a refund, as permitted by local law and Apple's billing terms.

Changes to Paid Services

IsManga reserves the right to adjust, modify, or discontinue any of our paid services, features, or pricing at any time. Where applicable law requires advance notice of a material change to your paid subscription, we will provide such notice by email or in-app notification at least the minimum period required by law before the change takes effect, and you may cancel your subscription without penalty before that date. Continued use of the service after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
