The protagonist, manga artist Shogo Takagi (22), debuted after winning a grand prize on a manga app, but his first serialized work performed poorly, and he struggled to come up with a project that could pass the serialization committee afterward. One day, Takagi's editor in charge resigned, and a female editor, Mami Yokoyama (25), became his new editor.
