Ryuto Amagami

A port town in the Meiji era: A young British girl, named Will, arrived in Niigata. She came with her father for his work, but she dislikes the strong smell of fish, and since coming to Japan, she hasn't been able to eat properly... Amidst the growing frustration and anxiety of being in an unfamiliar place, she met a blunt Japanese young man named Ryuusei. He was a cook specializing in traditional Japanese cuisine! Ryuusei, unable to stand Will's complaints about the fish, decided to make her a Japanese dish that would impress her...!? This is a story about a British girl and a young chef, as she learns about local ingredients, the town, and the people.
